Back in the day, I used to hate shooting in the wind. And don’t get me wrong, it’s still not my favorite, and I’ll usually still try to reschedule if I know it’s going to be windy. But sometimes I don’t know, and sometimes we can’t reschedule, so we just work with what we got! And sometimes, like at this Spring Engagement Session with Sarah and Blake, it’s freaking amazing.

The wind was working with Sarah’s kimono and her hair! And I really loved it! It took some patience, for sure, but I really love the effect the wind had on these photos! So, just this once, I’m loving the wind!

Sarah and Blake were so great to photograph too! We went fast so these two didn’t have to be in the wind for too long, and they were so great in front of the camera we didn’t even need a ton of time! I’ve known Sarah for a few years now, and I just loved seeing her so incredibly happy with Blake! I cannot wait to photograph their wedding in just a few short weeks!! <3
